I just purchased the Seneca. I’m having an issue with getting the 530/430 radios to GPS mode. I have a flight plan loaded & radios start out in V LOC. Try the cdi key does nothing. How do I get radios to switch to GPS so I can use the autopilot?

Just got the bird today and I am still figuring out why the Master Caution light came on. Any idea? Mind you I've flown this bird in DCS for ages and the handle on both FMs are very similar on casual takeoff/landings but in DCS I do a lot of combat harsh maneuvers (overspeed & overtorque 😮) so it's hard to compare the two in this exact situation.

The pricing you mention is wrong, it's $69.99 for either passenger or freighter $9.99 for the expansion pack to get the other variant you didn't already buy, and $4.88 for the extra simulation pack to be released later this year!

Is there a SECRET DOWNLOAD that allows this MOD to work?!? Every MOD ENHANCEMENT download that I tried--DELETES the CORE.DLL file, then complains that the file is missing!

Cool the md11 has released but I’ve already purchased pmdg 777 witch is amazing I’ve already had several amazing flights and hopefully more to come. If you carnt tell the pmdg777 is definitely my favourite long huel aircraft know. But Im going to wait longer and see what the leaning curve is like for the md11, don’t get me Wong i actually quite like md11. pulse I’ve know got my perfect long hule aircraft bar a380 or pmdg 747. I didn’t like tfdi chose to limit a variant of the md11 to only the first 1000 backers, not arguing there was better ways of rewarding backers with out penalising others who may of wanted that variant but didn’t have a chance to purchase it. But its there product. And that’s why i respect company’s like pmdg and sws and others. Plus im not fully convinced yet if its worth 70$ish yet especially week after a pmdg 70$ release witch was worth it…. With providence. But personally its hard for me to justify paying 2x 70 in a week or so for a aircraft that achieves similar goals and my banker wold kill me😂 if i did..

I would like to see a quick buy or not buy review on the MD-11. Getting mixed reviews so far on this one. I’ll get it at some point, but with modules like the 777 and the Fenix, I will say, I’m a bit more focused on the product. If you have time, I know it’s been a busy time.

I saw a guy on a msfs fb site that said that the md-11 has P3D textures.

Thank you so much for the detailed tutorial, especially on the Opentrack. I bought Beam Eye on Steam but have had problems with the track lagging when I'm flying in DCS and IL-2. I'm hoping some of these tips will help me fix the problem.

I tried Beam Eye Tracker (Steam purchase) with DCS and IL-2 and found that it keeps pausing/freezing as I move my head around. I have a very fast very new high tier gaming computer but could not find a solution to the problem. When it's working, BET is great - very smooth. I can't help thinking it's more of a set up problem than a hardware/software problem but I can't figure out a fix. In the meantime, I've gone back to using Opentrack by itself. If anyone has had the same problem please post a response. I will check back from time to time. Thanks in advance.

Great job love this Heli picked it up the min it released . Just love the sound we have a rescue one here in Melb & love hearing the sound of it coming & flying over the house . Plus thanks for that VRS tip I knew I was doing something stupid when I would get a flat spin outta nowhere .

A bug has been reported where exceeding 120 kts with flaps extended will cause the aircraft to roll uncontrollably. Visibility issues in VR have also been discovered and our team is working hard to get all these problems sorted as soon possible. Any news on this?

I deleted DCS after flying this thing and that one back to back. They flew so similar, and with all of the mods I have for MSFS at this point, and my appetite for combat being so low these days, it made perfect since. I've been flying all over Washington, Idaho, and Montana and having an absolute blast.

gonna have to give this one some thought.. know I will be upgrading/changing to msfs2024 when it hits.. so might save my pennies for aircraft there instead

I've jumped, rappelled and fast roped from Hueys. I love that bird and will definitely get it. The one I had for FSX was great but this one seems beyond belief. FTR, VRS = VORTEX Ring State, basically you're drilling a hole in the air.

This is lately my favorite aircraft for normal runway landings- with a whole lot of forgiveness- because I’m not all that good at landings! lol

New MSFS simmer here but former Army UH-1H pilot in Vietnam. Does this software require any additional software or interface to run in MSFS 2020? Loved the video and that sound of the Huey brings back so many memories. I was almost bouncing in my seat to the sound, I closed my eyes and it took me into the “way-back machine” Loved it!

As already mention Chip Detection is for metal pieces in the engine or transmission oil. It has separate detection for the main and tail rotor. It means that you damaged you engine or transmission by overstressing it. It's a feature in many aircraft with turbine engines (the Pilatus Porter for example) and has nothing to do with icing. 😉
